Definition

An epileptic seizure originating within networks limited to one hemisphere and involving motor activity at the onset with spread of clonic movements through contiguous body parts unilaterally, and retained awareness (defined as knowledge of self and environment) throughout the entire duration of the seizure. [from SNOMEDCT_US]
